2. In that same C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age\__Installer folder, there is another file you need to copy - offers.xml 3. In the C:\[Username]\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Settings folder, I found that there was no offers file at all. So I just pasted the offers.xml file here. 4. Problem should be solved!

This simple Mod upgrades the relics in two ways. 1) Relic-specific Item Set bonuses were added. Item set bonuses have been added for Aodh and Havard's Aegis, dual-wielded Thorns of the Dead God, and the full set of 4 relic armor pieces. 2) A relic will auto-level relative to the level of the character who picks it up.
This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points. I liked the refinements made to Morrigan's design for Inquisition and was surprised to see that no one had translated them back over to Origins. Therefore I took it upon myself. This is as closely as I could manage within the limitations of the toolset. Completely vanilla-game friendly, with
